Columbia West Properties (CWP) acquires, develops and manages well-located hospitality, commercial, retail, and multi-family properties in the Puget Sound area. As part of our investment strategy, we invest in our property to increase its value and provide good service to our tenants.

In the 1980s, Richard and Diane Foreman began investing in the Puget Sound real estate market. In 1988, Diane made it formal by starting Columbia West Properties Inc. (CWP) and serves as chairman and co-CEO with her husband, Richard Foreman. Their daughter, Michelle Foreman Barnet, joined CWP in 1997 as a property manager. In 1999, Diane and Richard appointed their daughter president.
