Richard Foreman
Co-CEO

Richard Foreman, husband of Diane Foreman, joined his wife at Columbia West Properties Inc. in 1989 and serves as co-chairman and general in-house counsel.

Foreman received his undergraduate and legal degrees from the University of Washington. He was a senior partner in his law firm and served as its managing partner for over seven years. Prior to his civil practice, he was a deputy King County prosecuting attorney representing King County in both civil and criminal matters.

He served on the Bellevue City Council for 12 years and was mayor of the City of Bellevue for three terms.

In addition, Richard Foreman has served on the board of directors for the Bellevue Downtown Association and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. He was an honorary director of the Bellevue Symphony and is a member of Bellevue Rotary.

Diane and Richard Foreman have been married for 45 years and have two children, Michelle and Steven.
