In the Event of a Spill or Exposure
of Hazardous Materials

• Call 911 immediately and provide:
  • Building address
  • Nearest known cross-streets
  • Location within building; i.e., floor and suite number
• Advise 911 Operator of victim(s) that have collapsed or are collapsing so that emergency personnel can judge the best way to enter the building
• Ensure that all non-essential personnel are kept safely away from spilled or exposed substances.
• Notify building management of the situation.
• Follow instructions given by authorities and/or building management.
