Tenant Service

Developing properties is just part of the Columbia West Properties story. We employ the best building engineers and property managers in the business and give them the tools to manage our buildings. Some of our tenants have been in our buildings for decades, others have just moved in. Our service goal for all the tenants is the same: excellent, friendly service that makes you glad you lease from us.

Larger buildings have building engineers onsite or nearby. For tenants in smaller buildings, help is a phone call or email message away. All tenants have quick access to service in two ways:

  • Call the Tenant Service Coordinator at 425-455-5825. After hours calls are routed to the pager of the on-call building engineer who responds quickly to emergency situations.
  • Use the Service Request form on this website. It will be routed directly to the building engineer who has responsibility for your building and your matter will be quickly resolved.
  • Make it easy for us to reach you by keeping your contact information current. Use the Tenant Contact Information form to update your records.
  • Being prepared for an emergency will help keep our tenants safe, and the Columbia West Properties Emergency Manual was prepared for that purpose. We suggest reading it now and printing a copy so you are familiar with procedures and able to quickly access a copy even during a power outage.
